THE EVENTS

• 100m Dash — scroll fast and hold your rhythm.

• 110m Hurdles — sprint, time the jump, clear the line.

• Hammer Throw — build speed, choose an angle, and launch.

• Long Jump — accelerate, hit the board, and fly.

• 1500m — pace a five-lap keyboard or touch sprint.
